Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Period)

As an online consumer, you have the right to return any purchased item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

How to cancel: To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision via email at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of placing the order.

Return costs: According to Georgian legislation, the direct cost of returning the item is borne by the consumer, unless the item was sent in error or is defective.

Reimbursement: We will refund the full amount received from you, including the original delivery costs. The amount will be reimbursed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.

2. Return Conditions

The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. It must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Perishable products.
• Custom-made or personalized items.

4. Defective Items

If you received a defective item, please contact us immediately. According to Georgian law, you have the right to request the repair or replacement of the item free of charge. If repair or replacement is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, you may request a price reduction or a full refund.
