Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

Currently, we deliver throughout the entire territory of Georgia (excluding occupied territories).

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Rates and Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Tbilisi: 5 GEL - Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
• Regions of Georgia: 10 GEL - Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not offer a cash-on-delivery service with the courier.

5. Damaged Orders

Lumo Printshop is not liable for products lost or damaged after handover to the courier. However, if you receive a damaged order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please save the packaging and the damaged item.
